Q: What if my package arrives damaged or incorrect?

Yikes! That is definitely not the experience we want to deliver. If this happens, please email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will immediately ship a brand-new replacement set free of charge, along with a small gift as an apology.

Currently, we sell directly through our official website. This cuts out the middleman, allowing us to deliver the highest quality herbs directly to you at a more reasonable price.

Q: Is the packaging sustainable?

Yes. Our outer boxes are made from recycled cardboard and printed with soy-based ink. We encourage you to upcycle these beautiful boxes for storage!
